May 26, 2022 - Very buttery, lots of mineral, but quite acidic at first. Some passion fruit and pineapple. Pairing with seafood is perfect and even better after 90 minutes of opening. Showing more structure, and acidity tame down as well. All in all, very wine and great to pair with seafood and gets better after 90 minutes.
