  June 4, 2022 - Popped and poured. First thing I noticed is how good it smells. For some reason the smell said ‘wine of substance’.
  
  Had my customary mouthful and left the rest to breathe in the bottle. 45 mins later still very restrained. Still it was Friday so I eased through two glasses over a couple of glasses and it grew and grew in stature. Tasted… like Pinot, but an eminently enjoyable one.
  
  24 hrs later it was still very drinkable, but all fruit.
  
  Good wine, ideally needs 12-18 months more imho.
