  June 6, 2022 - - Brick color with medium forming legs and aromas of chocolate and black pepper. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant, fig and black pepper with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - Some leather and spice box on the nose. At peak, maybe 6 months to 1 year left.
