  June 25, 2022 - This is drinking perfectly now. Wonderfully balanced. On the edge between green core fruits and tropical fruits.
  
  Clear, medium yellow color. Clean, medium plus intensity nose with apple, pear, and pineapple with warm secondary notes of toast and nutmeg. Medium-plus acid. Palate is similar to nose with plenty of warm baking spice.
  
  Long finish that leaves me wanting more.
