  June 24, 2022 - The last of a few bottles of this (which I bought from a discount bin in the grocery store). Absolutely lovely; I wish I had more of it. It has always been great, but this last bottle had such a perfect balance of warm caramel, crisp apricot and apple, and acidic structure. It was a joy to drink into the second day — on its own and with the apricot cake that prompted my opening it.
