  March 25, 2009 - DAWGS - March (McKinney, TX): Nice light straw color. Mineral, sweet baked bread, low toast. Nice mouthfeel, med acid, nice persistent finish, good sweet fruit. Very nice bubbly, great cocktail sparkling.
