  July 5, 2022 - Pale brick red, fresh nose of cherry and apple, palate adds some pie spice, candied apple, very tart and crisp, no tannin to speak of. Lively and fresh especially considering that it's six years old, but the screw cap no doubt helps. Utterly delightful, wish I had a case.
