July 13, 2022 - A very enjoyable Cabernet. Decanted for 90 minutes and enjoyed over the next 4 hours. The wine only improved with time. Cherry and tobacco on the nose. Jerky and spice on the palate with a medium-long finish. I will give it another few years before I enjoy the next bottle.
