  July 11, 2022 - As a fan of older Breton Bourgeuil, I was quite disappointed in the thinner, more acidic and less fragrant showing. The bottle was in fine shape but relatively uninteresting. At their best, these wines can show a more elegant hand than the best of the lot of old cab franc: the Olga Raffault Les Picasses. The latter is richer and more rustic usually. I would drink up with lowered expectations.
