  July 15, 2022 - Nose- notes of sulfer, lemon curd, fresh flowers, citrus & fresh mint & saline. Fresh, fragrant, yet somewhat tight & restrained.
  Palate- lots of citrus, minerals, saline, with fresh flowers, fresh mint in a medium body with vibrant acidity & subtle spice. Quite young & tight with great balance. Youthful & quite beautiful with a very long finish. This is quite young & definitely deserves some cellar time to reach its full potential.
