August 3, 2022 - In an amazing "ready to drink" spot. Really. Things have softened, the color is bricking, smooth, not a tannin above a whisper.

8/4/22, 7:18 AM - You're the 2nd person to say this wine is ready. Bricking? Already? Could be bottle variation or you could be correct. How many bottles of this have you tried? How long did you decant this? Did the wine get worse over time? Not a big loss at $32 a bottle I paid. I may have to try one now to see whats going on. Thanks for the review.

8/4/22, 9:41 AM - Yes, bricking. I did not decant. This was ready after popping and pouring. I don't think you can expect a long life from inexpensive Bordeaux, personally. The CT window is probably just a little off, as it can sometimes tend to be. IMHO.
