Classic Wines of Australia by Jeremy Oliver

Tasted April 27, 2010 by Alex H with 404 views

Introduction

A range of classic aussie wines picked by Jeremy for this tasting. Definitely lower alc or more balanced examples were picked as there were no big monsters in the flight which I enjoy and appreciate.

Tea leaves, mint, cedar, dry fruits and very classic almost a bit like a bordeaux actually. Some wood sticks and proving to be quite austere.
