A bright fresh nose of citrus (mainly lemon oil) and sawdust. The palette is relatively fat for a villages with a great concentration and depth. The fruity acids are balanced well with the mineral finish.

Lots of white fruit excitement - pears, white peach and a nice mandarine edge. A firm and well focussed palette with minerality and citrus acid and an intense finish.

Standout wine of the tasting with green apple and waxy wood with white floral notes as well. The palette is rich, round and focused with concentrated apricots and dried pears and a big nutty/straw finish.

A lovely grassy and blossom nose with a crisp citrus and apricot palette with a long lime finish.

The nose is mainly stone fruit with a bit of walnut - a perfect Burgundy nose. The palette has plenty of acid zing, but balanced well with some big floral flavours. Plenty of stone fruit on the mid-palette and a great austere finish. Cracking!

With a rich lemon and stone fruit nose with a dusting of sulphur dioxide, this wine is very lifted and vibrant. The palette is very intense with but with no hint of flab. A very punchy mouthfeel and concentrated right through to the great finish of apricots and flowers.

Pears and ginger on the nose with some tiny delicate toasty notes as well. A juicy, ripe, fruit driven palette giving way to gentle acid that fills the mouth and rounds out perfectly.

Amazing value Meursault, this packs it all in, with a dense, fruity nose of pears and apricots with a great nutty edge and citrus as well. The palette is mega-rich with apricots and nuts, juicy apples and a long citrus finish. Great bang for buck.
