Definitely Developed, Great Acidity, It died after about 2hrs. Showing well, have one more bottle left for a proper tasting note. The Acidity/Finesse was amazing.

Conc: This is such a baby, Was 3rd chard of the day, and we didnt finish it all I tasted it every day for the next 3 days and it slowly opened up and still so young,
