Developing nicely, Good umami parasanean cheese, fruit starting to mellow, tannins starting to fall out, and probably 6motnhs just pass peak but good, drink NOW,

Big, Chestnut Honey, Blackberry, Eucalyptus , nose very intoxicating to smell ethereal a bit some leather in there too and cigar mmmm

Developing Flavours, of Spice, Meat, Jam blackberries/blueberries

Conc: A Full body wine, 10years of age is a good thin, because at 5yrs age I can pretty much say I would not like this, Oak has intergrated, fruit has 'mellowed' its together very nicely
