HKWS tasting - Old Gruener Veltliner - 40ies to present

Introduction
Tasting of 12 GVs from each the 40ies to the naughties. One Riesling as a ringer (1942). All wines showed freshness and complexity. GVs are definitely ageworthy. Top GVs ( ie. Samragd) produced since 1986 should be able to age for decades. Appely characters were found throughout the wines as a common trait.
Regression analysis showed no correlation between age and score results.
Tasting was followed by Austrian dinner and 3 more GVs and a TBA.
