Introduction
A number of friends and colleagues met at my favourite restaurant and bottles were brought, and I went down to get some from the cellar. This is where trouble started.

Showing brilliantly tonight. Nose of cassis, cedar. On the palate blueberry, cedar, underwood, some cassis.

Dark purple. Cassis, blueberry, herbs, forest floor. Sweet tannins and still very young. Great.

We finished the whole case between midnight and 4 a.m. As far as I remember, the wine was spectacular. Sweet tannins, cassis, cherries, caramel.

Ended at about 4 a.m. but everybody reported in time for work the next morning ...
