Red
2011 Arterberry Maresh Pinot Noir Dundee Hills
flawed
Very pale, almost rose. Sour cranberries. Undrinkable as-is. Possibly has just been bottled recently 'shocked'.
Red
2011 Walter Scott Pinot Noir La Combe Verte
89 points
Simple but very nice, especially for a wine this young. Most of what I look for in an Oregon pinot: Cherries, graham cracker, cream mouthfeel all present. Not a lot else going on. Very nice at this price point, good pop and pour wine.
Red
2010 Crowley Pinot Noir Entre Nous
91 points
Soft shoulders made this one stand out for me in the tasting. Bigtime cherries and cream. Auditioning a bottle, may get a case.

Red
2010 Aberrant Cellars Pinot Noir Confero
90 points
The other 'winner' in the tasting. Not as soft as the Crowley. More loam. More Burgundian.
Red
2010 Soter Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch
90 points
Contrast with the Walter Scott; Cherries, graham cracker, cream mouthfeel here, but also a distinctive set of flavors that unfortunately I wasn't able to quite pick out at the tasting. First wine I've had from this vineyard. Enjoyed the wine, at this price point though I'd rather have a case of something in the $30 range than 8 bottles of this.
Red
2010 Colene Clemens Pinot Noir Estate Reserve
89 points
More here than the other wines in the tasting, but I'm not quite sure if it's what I wanted: Pepper, spices, etc. More 'hot' than the other wines in the tasting. Not quite my thing in pinot... nice, but prefer other wines at this price point.
Closing
5 nice pinots, one flawed. Crowley and Aberrant were my two faves. Jen liked the Aberant and the Soter best.
