Well made wine. Calcium, minerals some slate and pebbles, then 'granny smith' green apples in the nose. More apple tones on the medium with a light fizz'. Enjoy when young.

Ripe melon and nuts in the nose. Medium rich palate with yellow fruits with a slight fizz and some green fruit tones in the finish. Nice balance, good acidity.

Surprisingly complex wine with ripe fruits but also (even) tobacco leaves and some hints of coffee beans (from the oxidized iron in the soil). On the palate rich with ripe fruits and good acidity.

Sweet over-ripe apricot and peaches, little raisins. Full lush and complex palate with peaches and melon and indeed some smoke in the finish. Well balanced for a long future. Only 8,5% alcohol. Three hundred half-bottles made.
