Dry, high acidity, medium-medium(-) body and medium alcohol. Medium-medium(+) persistent flavors of lemon, citrus, green apple, bread. Fine and pluche mousse, good length with crisp and delicate finish.

Dry, medium acidity, medium body and alcohol. Medium flavours of ripe pear, white fruits, honey, mineral and herb notes. Foamy, almost virulent mousse so typical of MC, elegant creamy texture. Medium finish, with nice juxtaposition of fruit and minerality, vivacious.

Great length, fresh acidity balanced by ripe supple tannin provides, lovely finish. A great wine indeed.
