A beauty. That's all.
I hadn't too much faith in this bottle I bought two years ago in Haro.
Despite my initial excepticism it has been another great experience. One more.
Limpid brownish colour for a meaty nose with aromas of red fruit, vanilla and leather. Also a touch of sweet coke.
Light tannins and a pleasant flavour, a perfect acidity on the palate.
Impressively deep. Complex and fullish.
Again my sort of wine. I am privileged.

No tenía mucha fe en esta botella comprada hace dos años en Haro.
A pesar de mi escepticismo inicial ha sido otra gran experiencia. Una más.
Limpió color amarronado para una nariz cárnica con aromas a frutillos rojos, vainilla y cuero. También un toque a cola dulce.
Taninos ligeros y de un agradable sabor, una acidez perfecta en boca.
Impresionantemente profunda. Compleja y completa.
De nuevo la clase de vino que me gusta. Soy un privilegiado.

Needing almost three hours in the decanter before bloom up.
Initially a dusty nose that turned into a beauty with aromas of cocoa, plums and charcoal pencil.
A silky texture is showed. Dense and tasty.
Overall an interesting bottle.
Necesitando casi tres horas en el decantador para florecer.
La nariz polvorienta inicial se transformó en una belleza con aromas a cacao, ciruelas y lápiz de carbón.
Mostró una textura asedada. Densa y sabrosa.
Por encima de todo una botella interesante.

A bottle for the out-of-the-box thinkers. Completely different. Away from our comfort zone.
Raisins and white chocolate sightly yet elegant aromas on the nose after half of hour in the decanter when 'ethanol' disappeared.
The real thing happened in the mouth where the Fondillón showed fullish, sweet and very long.
An ancient wine. This belongs to another time. Impressive bottle. For some a rancio wine-like.
No se cómo definir este vino, tampoco cómo puntuarlo.
Una botella para los pensadores alternativos. Completamente diferentes. Lejos de nuestra zona de confort.
En nariz ligeros aunque elegantes aromas a pasas y a chocolate con leche tras media hora en el decantador hasta que se disipó el alcohol.
Lo auténtico sucedió en boca, donde el fondillón se mostró completo, dulce y muy largo.
Un vino antiguo. Pertenece a otra época. Una botella destacable. Para algunos parece un vino rancio.
