100% chardonnay, no dosage. Clean nose with no oxidation whatsoever. Pure yellow-citrus aromas with limestone minerality and fine layer of cream and brioche. Friendly mousse, balanced acidity and good body of ripe fruit. Our only complain it lacks real (champagne) length and complexity, otherwise really nice. Outstanding crémant.

Light-red appearance with browning/bricking nuances and rosé foam. Developing nose with small forest berries, blood orange, wet stones and light funkiness. Refreshing taste with maturing flavours, slight blood orange bitterness and a discrete residual sweetness (perhaps 15-20 grams). Nose slightly better than palate. Goose-liver/mousiness appears after 15-20 minutes, but before that, it's an uncomplicated joy and fun to drink, and a special treat. Make sure to seek out the latest vintage!

Bright lemon appearance. Ripe yellow-grapefruit aromas with great lift and purity, plus layers of basil and deep limestone minerality. Excellent balance and liveliness in the mouth, very tasty and refreshing, not too acidic, nor the least heavy or bitter. In a perfect spot at the moment, with years to go. Great pleasure!

Greenish youthful nose with lime, green apple, basil, tropical fruits (mostly pineapple) and volcanic slate. In a slightly awkward phase right now, where the components - high acidity plus noteable weight, power and alcohol (warmth/bitterness) don't work together that well. Doesn't invite you to a second glass, instead says "wait" or "use with food only". Somewhat disappointing, but should come together again. Next bottle in three years or so.

Light orange, clouded appearance. Beautiful nose with meadow flowers, mountain herbs and grasses. Apricot, honey and wheat beer. Dry, sour and refreshing taste with slightly vinegary acidity, almost like a lambic (which we appreciate). Far from the mainstream (we appreciate that too). We'd really like to have this skin-contact white again!

Good depth on the nose. Not the least oaky. Italian acidity and velvety tannins. Great food companion with our grilled lamb chops.

Beautiful red-fruited aromas, leaning towards Nebbiolo on the first night (strawberries, menthol, liquorice) but safely back home (sour cherries, tea, herbs, limestone gravel) in Chianti Classico on the following evening. Medium-bodied taste, transparent fror terroir, vigorous yet slender, not at all extracted, well relaxed and developed by the second night. A beauty - very true to its origin and the great vintage!

Pretty dark aromas, perhaps more of beaujolais blackcurrants, strawberries and cherries than frappato pomegranate/blood orange. Besides, it smells like a moist grass root with damp earth. Tastewise light/medium-bodied, quite intense slightly inky flavours (more reminiscent of Sp68 than pure frappato). Finishes fresh, pure and mineral.

Unsulphured organic Alibernet (Cab Sauv x Alicante Bouschet) from southernmost Slovakia, close to the Hungarian border. Primary nose with deep dark jammy blueberry aromas (reminiscent of Malbec). Lactic yoghurt notes, fresh grass and salty liquorice. Full-bodied taste with good density, perfectly integrated high alcohol, balancing acidic freshness/salty minerality and a velvet texture. Not funky or goose-livery, even better on the second evening. Try with a grilled steak or hard cheese. €18,50 at the domaine.

Pretty dark beaujolais-like aromas (macération carbonique) such as violets, forest berries and chalky/salmiak-salty mineral notes. Light-bodied, fresh and fruity taste with light yet present tannins, high/tart acidity and obvious chalky minerality. Keeps well overnight in the fridge. Not at all too funky. Really fine stuff!
