Yellow color with very fine and tiny bubbles. Nose starting to mature showing sea shells, minerals and citrus, and after a while showing spices. Very intensive, mellow and creamy palate and a nice long lime peel finish! Performing very nicely already and will sure cellar fine for another decade or so!

Light yellow color with extremely fine bubbles. Nose youthful showing cream, marzipan, nuts and oak. The palate is refined and creams. With a hint of vanilla fudge in the finish that is a bit disturbing for the moment. Will integrate with cellaring. Best 2014-2027.

Golden yellow color. Nose is wonderful showing maturity with notes of honey, beeswax, oak and exotic notes of passion and mango in a positive way! Palate is oily and creamy and with a nice long lasting finish. Best 2014-2019. Extremely fine right now with Sole Walewska with fresh truffle. Wonderful!
