Strong aromatics, surprisingly expansive body and a slight Sherry-likeness that made it great with tapas. Even withstood spicy dishes. Everyone really enjoyed this.

Strong and singular anise nose for close to an hour suggested a shrouded wine. Later revealed rounder more complex fruit and spice notes. Fine wine in need of more time and development.
