Devoured in haste to descend on the decanted 85'Palmer but was struck by the struck match smell - much more to the fore than in earlier bottles.
Still satisfying smooth lemon butter in the mouth and creamy sign-off to complement my crudely cut melon chunks wrapped in Parma ham.
