AIAIAI! Here I found myself completely wrong. Blind and I was in Veneto! Dark red with almost black core, powerful. Raw potato, soil, alcohol and prunes on the nose. Mouth follow up and also has some cherry and marzipan. Thinner in mouth than what one might think.

Standard Bordeaux blend. Spices dark, ripe fruit. Ready to drink now!

Served as a joke in a blind tasting. Synthetic fruit and plastic. That this is a big selling wine appears to be an enigma. Steer away.

Complex, delicious and inviting nose with leather, dried fruit and spices. The mouth is surprisingly thin with black and red berries and some leather and spices. The wine is long and in the end comes tempranillo flavour. Above the top maybe, and on the way down.

Deep red. Nose with very clear cherry. Medium intense and appear youthful. Hints of raisins. Small palate where cherry juice recur. Good tannins and structure.

Very dark, almost black. Complex nose with butter tones, mint and spices. Fruity in the mouth with creamy / dairy-like tail. Much and little wild tannins. Long.

Looks surprisingly young and fresh out of the glass. Dark red and clean. Medium sized nose with flowers, spices and blue / black berries. Dry mouth and wine comes across as light. Blue berries is the most prominent on the palate.
