I like that in the mouth the aromas of freshly cut herbs have been replaced by metallic and smoked notes.
Instead in the mouth is short and a little astringent. What it has won on the nose has lost in taste. A pity.
Me gusta que en boca los aromas a hierbas recién cortadas hayan sido substituidos por metálicos y ahumados.
En cambio en boca es corta y un poco astringente. Lo que ha ganado en nariz lo ha perdido al paladar.

Me gusta que en boca los aromas a hierbas recién cortadas hayan sido substituidos por metálicos y ahumados.

2008 Cabriz Touriga Nacional Dão
In spite a few of my mates consider this Dão wine stupidly young, what some of we really appreciate is its smell of summer fruit, sweet carob and fresh coffee beans. Unfortunately on the palate is too much young with strong tannins.
It's time will come in five years or so.
I adore Dão wines.
A pesar de que algunos de mis compañeros consideran este vino de Dão estúpidamente joven, lo que realmente apreciamos algunos es su olor a fruta de verano, algarroba dulce y granos de café frescos. Desafortunadamente en el paladar es demasiado joven con taninos potentes.
Su hora llegará en unos cinco años más o menos.
Reconozco que me encantan los vinos de Dão.
