N.V. Henri Giraud Champagne Blanc de Craie
92 points
Fermented and aged on the lees for twelve months in Argonne oak, full malo, 55% Aÿ, 45% Montagne de Reims, 100% Chardonnay. A vinous and full-on style of Blanc de Blancs, weighty but elegant and with noticeable oak influence on the palate, silky mousse, has power and length.

White
2008 François Raveneau Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot
95 points
Another amazing Raveneau, silky and seamless, all poise and grace, perfectly at ease with itself, ripe citrus and a veritable basket of white flowers (initially, it subsides quickly), broad-shouldered but elegant, subtle bitters and warmth from the wood, oyster shell, long and mineral finish. It does not possess the ultimate finesse of Les Clos, but it is a beautiful expression of Blanchot in 2008, in the inimitable Raveneau style.
Red
2009 Domaine Anne Gros Chambolle-Musigny La Combe d'Orveau
92 points
Pinot Noir "dans tout son délicatesse". Fragrant and flowing, floral (rose, violet) and fresh, silky and supple, light as a feather and discrete in flavours, pure and all about finesse and elegance, cool and harmonious, light and long. This is an extremely stylish vin de plaisir.

N.V. Guy Lheraud Fine Petite Champagne Réserve Familiale "Taillevent"
92 points
Offered by the restaurant, as is their tradition. Intense and powerful, elegant and refined, slightly yeasty, flowers and chalk and fresh nuts, hints of tobacco and tea, silky and harmonious, slightly hot on the finish, liquorice, long.
