Nice blend, with energy and focus from the Chardonnay, richness and texture from the white Rhine grapes. Pretty versatile with a range of foods from salmon sashimi to some quite acidic beetroot.

Served chilled, probably too much so, as we missed the ripe fruit-led expressiveness described in other TNs.

Wonderfully lush, glossy, succulent, seamless. Vg match with the steaks.
