Tasting at Lamarche. Big step up over Bourgogne. Red fruit with good balance and baking spice hints. 86-88 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Similar to Vosne AC, slightly more firm, slightly less fun fruit. Certainly bigger. Good for its level, 87-88 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Riper vs previous cuvees, so both providing more near-term enjoyment and concentration. Red fruit again with spice hints. 88-89 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Big step up here with engaging baking spice and bigger scaled red cherry and berry. 89-91 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Biggest of the 1er Cru cuvees, but also clearly the most backward. Best potential, 89-91 points. but 2020-.

Tasting at Lamarche. An interesting contrast to Malconsorts just tasted, this already comes across as forward and enjoyable, but less powerful or concnetrated. Good weight and length. Also 89-91 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Similar to the Echezeaux, but less elegant, more powerful. Red fruit throughout with medium weight for Grand Cru. 88-90 point potential. Needs time, 2018-.

Tasting at Lamarche. Lots of red fruit with very engaging spice. Lots of concentration, but also lots of structure. Seems so well balanced, but so big that I expect it will might many twists and turns in bottle. A very big step up from the rest of the lineup today, seeming to be on par with Grande Rue tasted next. 92-94 point potential.

Tasting at Lamarche. Great array of red fruit with Asian five spice. More forward and elegant vs Grands Echezeaux, even if less concentrated. Also 92-94 point potential, but I expect earlier drinking here. 92-94 point potential.
