Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

In the clean bouquet yellow and white fruits, peach and flowers. On the palate apple, yellow fruits, good citrus acidity and some pleasant bitterness in the finish.

Ripe apples, herbs and a bit rustic in the bouquet. On the palate yellow fruits, beautiful acidity, a touch of sweetness, flint stone minerals and a good length. Beautiful and clean wine.

Beautiful bouquet with flowers and sweet licorice. On the palate a full bodied and aromatic wine with pineapple, citrus, minerals, butter, good balance between acidity and sweetness. Good concentration and length. Beautiful wine.

Beautiful bouquet with rustic flavors and some oak. On the palate ripe and concentrated yellow and white fruits e.g. white peach, pineapple and lemon. Some smoke, minerals, good acidity and a touch of pleasant sweetness. Beautiful wine.

2014 Tolloy Pinot Nero Alto Adige - Südtirol

Light red. Not very expressive in the bouquet. On the palate herbs and spices, oak, mild but firm acidity, some pepper, chocolate and a touch of sweetness. The tannin is a bit drying in the finish.

In the bouquet ripe strawberries and some laurel. On the palate a slightly sweet start, ripe fruits, some cherries and raspberries beside the strawberries. Mild acidity and tannin. Beautiful and clean wine.

Expressive bouquet with dark berries and cherries. On the palate a good concentration. Ripe dark fruits, good acidity, herbs and spices, well dosed oak and slightly sticky tannin. Pleasant already and will improve over the next 5+ years.

In the bouquet raspberry yoghurt and cherries. On the palate juicy red berries, firm acidity and tannin and some bitterness in the finish. Probably needs a few years to show some more finesse and complexity. 87+

Primary red berries and cherries in the bouquet. On the palate mostly dark berries and cherries; bort still very primary, firm acidity and slightly edgy tannin. A juicy and lively wine which can use a few years of bottle ageing. 87 - 88+ for now.

Refined bouquet with vanilla and some rustic flavors. On the palate cherries, a firm dose of oak, earth, juicy acidity and still a good dose of tannin. A mouth full of wine. 88 - 89
