Introduction

My wife and I spent a fun time out of the city with Mikhail, Svetlana and their very well behaved baby Zachy. Mostly it was a great opportunity to relax and share some fun wines with dinner. No disappointments here!

Medium ruby color. Nose of cinnamon, sour plum, black raspberry, some wood and dust. On the palate, good bright fruit, mulling spices, bright acidity and leather; medium bodied. Very nice food wine.

Medium ruby color, very intense nose of red cherry, spice, mountain herbs and a touch of oak. On the palate, milk chocolate, herbs, with good acidity and silky full body. This needs some time though.

Deep ruby color. Nose of sour black cherry, dusty earth, lavender and coffee, with a slight lactic edge. On the palate it has great acid balance, very focused flavor and fine tannins. Excellent wine now, this should age well.

Medium ruby color. Nose of caramel, sweet tobacco, strawberry, pine nuts and cardamom. Mouthcoating on the palate with good acidity, full bodied, loads of tobacco leaf, red berries and herbs. Delicious.

Light gold color. Nose of chicken stock, yeast and iodine with a lot of saline seashore smell. Full bodied on the palate with racy acidity, wonderful chewy, salty flavor.
