Flight 1 - Påskekos hos Mike (7 notes)

White
2014 Wagner-Stempel Siefersheimer Höllberg Riesling Großes Gewächs Germany, Rheinhessen
91 points
Rubber up front. This was quite reductive and tight but also seductive and lovely. Felt more like a Mosel wine. Tropical, apricot, yellow apples and cantaloupe. Razor sharp acidic finish.
White
1993 Domaine Laroche Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru
90 points
Big surprise - I was pretty sure this was long gone. Over the top for sure with oxidised notes of dried apricots, figs, prunes as well as distinct earthy mushrooms. The palate was still fresh and lively which made the wine drinkable and quite complex. Long nutty finish.
White - Sweet/Dessert
2002 Château Suduiraut France, Bordeaux, Sauternais, Sauternes
94 points
Always a joy to drink Sauternes. Huge complex nose of shining botrytis aromas. Petrol sticks out with a layer of honey, apricot and cinnamon underneath. Only drawback is a small lack of acidic backbone.
White
2014 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Valmur France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
93 points
Another superb 2014 Chablis. Aired for about five hours. Lean, fresh and delicate with oyster minerals and squeezed lime that plays on the palate. Green apples grown above the polar circle is a describer for freshness in this wine.
Red
2012 Domaine Robert Chevillon Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru
91 points
Unripe white peppercorns and slightly hints of fresh green. Floral driven on all senses, with a spicy touch on the nose. A bit shy and tight. Savoury red fruit on the palate.
Red
2013 Thierry Allemand Cornas Chaillot France, Rhône, Northern Rhône, Cornas
94 points
Big and powerful wine on opening with concentrated cassis and bilberries. Aired for 8 hours which brings complexity and elegance to the picture. Cool mentol, juniper, forest fruit and freshly peppered hanged meat. Elegance of Cote Rotie and masculinity of Hermitage. Ink, lead and steely blood in the finish. Very enjoyable to drink now but tannins are still grippy so cellaring this for another 10 could be a good idea.
Red
2014 Bartolo Mascarello Barolo Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barolo
95 points
Winner of the night. So smooth and velvety, like laying down on a silky veil. Cherry palate and almonds combined with roses and lavendel. Well-balanced acidic structure and long.

2015 La Bastide Blanche Bandol France, Provence, Bandol
90 points
Ripe sweet strawberry. A bit reductive smell of bananas at first but airs of. Wit beer, ripe cherry and hint of earth.

Flight 3 - Spontan drop in hos Anders (2 notes)

White - Sparkling
2015 Roses de Jeanne / Cédric Bouchard Champagne Blanc de Noirs Côte de Val Vilaine France, Champagne
92 points
Complex fruit picture of red apple skin, physalis and stone bramble. Crisp malic acid (or at least it feels that way with no dosage) with a nice balanced though of oak and autolysis.
Red
2016 Forey Père et Fils Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Les Perrières France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru
92 points
Heavy and rustic styled NSG. The oak is definitely present but good intens dark raspberry and cherry, raw earth and coffee makes it pretty darn good. Juicy and concentrated on the palate with nice acidic structure. A little Rioja touch in the finish.

Flight 4 - Anders og meg på Kaptein Larsen (1 note)

White
2014 Jean-Claude Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru La Boudriotte France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru
93 points
Black olives at first (was this thing all right?). Baked mealy apple. Windfall fruit, beeswax and honey (yes it was, and very complex indeed. Perhaps from some botrytis grapes?). There was absolutely nothing wrong on the palte with lots of freshness, ripe citrus, sea side minerals and with a layer of liquorice, caramel and butter in a full bodied oily structure.
