Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

Very rich bouquet with botrytis, honey, sweet licorice and orange peel. On the palate honey, beautiful acidity and sweetness, some vegetal impressions as well. A bit fat and a great length. Overall an elegant sweet wine. Not too old yet.

In the bouquet honey and butter candy as well as a lot of apricots. On the palate honey, apricots, marzipan, pineapple, caramel and grapefruit including its bitterness. Very beautiful wine.

Caramel, botrytis, pineapple, honey and orange peel in the bouquet. Same impressions on the palate. A lot of citrus and a lot of sweetness as well. Marzipan. Beautifully fresh acidity.
