Elephant Seven Tasting Room

Introduction

Due to the high demand for their wines they only had 3 wines to sample. That is a good problem to have. I highly recommend getting on their list and prices are excellent. Thanks to Vann for hosting my brother and I. I bought a bottle for dinner at Tmacs. Showed really well with the steak!

Flight 1 (4 notes)

Tasted at the tasting room with Vann. This is young and needs time. New oak is very present. Juicy fruit featuring cherries and plums. Black pepper, stone and underbrush. Medium plus finish. This should be cellared for 3 to 5 years for maximum enjoyment. 90-92
