Pale/medium garnet. Fresh red fruit, some complexity. Medium bodied, firm tannins, crisp acidity medium-good length finish.

Medium garnet. Rounded, riper red fruits, savoury fresh acidity, good length finish. excellent!

More open, a touch more spicy complexity, flashes of darker fruit, lovely purity. Red fruits on the palate, soft, round tannins, finishes really well. An excellent Rosso.

2014 Tenuta le Potazzine Brunello di Montalcino
Very pale garnet. Nose is light, savoury, lightly spicy. a touch of leather. Medium bodied, fresh and elegant, red fruit, very fine tannins, good length finish. On the light side but lovely, almost Burgundian.

Pale/medium garnet. riper, richer. Red fruit, spice - more youthful than the 14. Medium/full bodied, ripe red fruits, some darker fruit notes, very fine tannins, attractive weight here, long finish. Excellent!
