Flinty, citrus, grapefruit, white peach, brioche

A subtle, fantastic riesling. Opens up and develops during its time in the glass. Starts out on the nose with a hint of petrol, orange peel and moves into stone fruit (white peach, apricot) to subtle tropical fruit (mango, pineapple). More expressive on the palate with a very long finish that moves from apple to peach to mango. Probably a bit young, but looking forward to my next bottle in ~5 years

Drunk after the Keller Hubacker 2016 and this wine is less subtle, more direct and ripe fruit driven. Rich nose and palate dominated by ripe citrus, white peach and a bit of honey. Very long finish

PnP, no notes taken during dinner. At 11 years old it is still really young. Nose with sweet spices, black berry, plum and fresh delicate palate. Long finish
