multi-layered gamey wine on this day.
Nose(fresh): rose, violet, herb, tea, citrus, leather, mushroom, forest, jujube, ginseng. aromatic & complicated
Palate: lil watery, acidity M+, tannin M(I think 19vin Gamey is more tannic than 18vin. So, Personally I prefer 18vin). a little bit earthy.

지나가는 사람한테 와인에서 대추, 인삼향이 난다고하면 제정신이 아닌줄 알겠지? 근데 나는걸 어떡해... 단점은 워터리하고 밍밍함. 발산력도 약한편이라서 아쉽다.

In comparison to the Côte du Py, Fleurie was a more delicate, elegant. Well-balanced wine. silky texture(I love it) on palate / rose, herb, violet. Intuitively, delicious wine. close to Pinot.

My #3, group #3. Alc 13.5%
fruits forward gamey wine. raspberry, blueberry, plum, earthy. I don't know if it's an accurate expression, somehow I felt this wine is extracted.
The most powerful wine on this day. big structure. By the way, are you looking for a big gamey wine? haha! not my type. 2018vin was more nice.
