Deep ruby. Ripe redcurrant on the nose, with pepper, cloves, tomato leaf, and fresh cut grass. Chewy tannins, and tea-like tertiary notes, bright acids, and ripe redcurrant and cassis flavours, and nutmeg, liquorice, and pepper. Quite a good length, and quite a bit of heat from the alcohol
