Terrific purity of red cherry fruit with excellent persistence and freshness. Concentrated finish. Impressive finesse and balance for this much fruit. 91-92+

A nice medley of red and black cherry with plenty of florals. Seriously pure and concentrated fruit for this level. Vosne-like spices throughout. Silky refined tannin. 92+

Serious Vosne spice and black cherry aromatics. Classic Vosne black cherry, tea, and spice. Silky refined tannins. Long, sultry finish. So very good with the rich fruit totally sensual. 93+

100+ year old vines. Bigger but not yet as forthcoming as the Beaumonts. Lots of the same fun Vosne elements but more muddled and brooding at this stage. Big concentration. Should out-perform the Beaumonts down the line, but will take a while. 93+

More black cherry than red cherry with nice tea, floral and spice notes that are already showing. Wow, incredible power and concentration -- Grand Cru like. Interestingly more enjoyable now than the brooding Suchots, but I suspect this will need even longer to show its best. 94++

Wow, incredible depth and concentration of red and black cherry. Incredibly hedonistic and delicious already - though time will add the layers and complexity. Though its easy to enjoy the component parts and see the very long trajectory ahead. 96-98

More powerful, concentrated and structured than the RSV tasted just prior. Seriously impressive but not quite as hedonistically delicious out of barrel, which shouldn't be relevant. This will reward a decade or two in the cellar. Gorgeous. 96-98
