Light yellow colour with a lovely maturing nose showing yellow apples and minerals and opens up with yellow plums, chocolate and some herbs in a delicious way. Pleasant creamy palate showing yellow apples, showing a lovely cream and butter on the mid and oxidative ripe apples on the lengthy finish. Leaving a minerals saltiness on the lips in a very pleasant way.

Golden yellow colour with a mature nose showing butterscotch, minerals and candied lemon citrus and opens up with dried fruit, some fresh cut grass and some dark chocolate in a delicious way. Mature palate showing red apples, butter and minerals with dried fruit and some herbs on the lengthy finish.
(Still showing very well with 40+ years extra cellaring)

Lovely copper red colour with a beautiful maturing nose showing wild strawberries and hazelnuts and opens up with freshly baked bread and candied lemon citrus notes in a delicious way. Wild strawberries and cream on the palate before a more structured cherry stone bitterness takes over on the lengthy finish. Delicious!

Maturing nose showing citrus, butter and some gun powder and oily notes in a very pleasant way. Pleasant lemon citrus acidity with tropical notes of apricot and some well integrated oak notes. Starting to show some drying fruit on the finish and should not be kept much longer.

Maturing nose showing tropical notes of pineapple, mango and lime citrus fruit and with butter and butterscotch notes as it opens up in a pleasant way. Lovely intensity on the palate showing pineapple citrus acidity and a lengthy finish showing butter and a pleasant minerals touch on the finish. This is in a perfect spot right now!
