@Rosemary&Pine. Medium minus ruby. Dark cherry. Slight impression of black pepper. Slight funk (brett?). 14.4%. Medium acid but overall not too heavy. Low tannins. Kinda like a simple, new world Côtes du Rhône that’s Grenache heavy.

14.1% Medium plus bitterness. Medium plus acid (malic, tart). Medium intensity white peach, nectarine (semi terpenic). Holds the alcohol pretty well. A bit bitter but I’m feeling it. Good pairing w/ the pork chop.
