Made with 90% Meunier from the réserve perpetuelle, vines in Vrigny, Coulommes la Montagne and Villers-Allerand, bottled unfined and unfiltered, disgorged April 2022 with a dosage of 3 gr/l. Notes of brioche noted in particular this time, fresh and energetic but creamy and rounded, flavoursome and stylish. Almost two years of post-disgorgement ageing seem to have served it well.

Beautifully balanced and harmonious, elegant and seamless, zesty freshness, flowers and a touch of earth, gentle maturity, very good lime zest persistence. A subtle wine, very well suited for the cuisine at restaurant Showw.

Screwcap 13% ABV. Lovely nose, very Ahr and very Meyer-Näkel, spicy and ripe but fresh, good depth; young vines give a lighter style on the palate, delicately creamy with mild tannins and delightful freshness; good resonance and length. Has developed well since last tasted in 2021.

Vines planted in 1950 and 1960. Glossy, polished, peppery, good body, mild tannins, sweet but not jammy fruit, 14% ABV, good resonance and length, delicately leafy finish.

Slightly farmyardy, black fruit, good body and finely grained tannins, firm and sturdy, garrigue, grippy finish.
