Flight 1 (6 notes)

Red
2006 Soter Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Yamhill-Carlton
88 points
Rich cherry cola nose. Some bright cherry flavors were not over powering, with a trace of earthiness.
White
2005 TOR Chardonnay Two Rivers Ranch USA, California, Napa Valley
91 points
Very buttery, full bodied Chardonnay. The oak bites a little on the finish. Rich fruit flavors are well integrated.
White
2007 Keith Tulloch Chardonnay Australia, New South Wales, Hunter Valley, Pokolbin
90 points
Very fresh, crisp chardonnay. Clean mineral and tropical fruit notes come out on the palate. Not at all oaky until the finish, where just a trace of oak shows. Great balance, this would go well with light seafood and shellfish.
Red
2006 Cambria Pinot Noir Julia's Vineyard USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Maria Valley
92 points
Lighter and transparant in color. Mild spiced fruits on the nose. Baked cherry flavors that aren't too sweet.
Red
2007 Cayuse Syrah Walla Walla Valley USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley
92 points
Red
2007 Snowden Cabernet Sauvignon USA, California, Napa Valley
93 points
Creamy, rich berry characteristics Great Cab, but still way too young.
