It was nice. Not as complex as I would have hoped for a ten year old wine. Smooth and fairly silky. Was not wowed.

A beautiful wine. Will open up after the first glass. Light cherry on nose, silky but still plenty of nuance to keep you thirsty for more. One of our favorite wines right now.

A gift from our best friends from our wedding, opened on our first annivesary. The waiter immediately got a huge smile looking at what we had and grabbed us a decanter. "What a monster he said...you're gonna love it!" Huge wine that paired perfectly with my filet...great nose, firm tannins and big flavor...silky finish that lasted on and on.
