An average nose deceives the oenophile. On first taste, the graceful hints of pear, melon and capsicum tickle your tongue. You'll want more. Not a chard, Not a Saunignon blanc. Something different and refreshing. Worth putting a few in the cellar.

CT drinkability report said this was past its prime (2008) Doubt it ever had a prime. Color still deep ruby, nose thin with hints of cedar. High acid taste with finish of unripe blackberries. Doesn't seem too old but more time won't smooth the finish.
White - Sweet/Dessert
2004 Torbreck The Bothie Barossa Valley White Blend (view label images)
