Just as good as the restaurant bottle really fabulous. However, the glass and a half left with a vacuum top didn’t hold for the three days until I got back to it I might also suggest delaying drinking this

A real surprise. It took 24 hours to open but softened beautifully still a touch tannic but quite drinkable with chicken parm. For such a bottle and considering its age this was a gift.

Quite drinkable - though more floral than one would expect for a wh Bordeaux. As we drank it with a fish stew, it actually did quite well.

It took nearly overnight to open (with decanting) but ultimately it revealed strawberry tobacco and some citrus. Lots of alcohol
Obviously late but remarkably potable. Didn't open in time for dinner but was drinkable by breakfast! Since I don't know its storage history (beyond about 15 years in my cellar) I can't say if it couldn't have been even better But I would not shy from opening up this vintage again.
