Drank way too late. This 2000 vintage wine should have been consumed last year. Musty nose and slight notes of teriyaki sauce on the finish. Some fruit still present but this was not the wine I tried at the winery. Too bad but lesson learned.

Smooth wine. Drank well but could have used an hour of decanting. Fell a bit short on the finish. Otherwise, very pleasant.
