2/4/23, 3:54 PM - Not sure, but perhaps bad storage beige you got them. Mine are still fantastic & not mousy
3/5/22, 5:42 PM - Carlo— I much appreciate the insight. I have not had the good fortune to try the 890, but I did have the 904 the prior night hence I picked this up from a local shop. Especially given the context you shared, the wine is even more impressive. As I said, I did enjoy it, just had the wrong frame of reference. Cheers!
3/6/21, 3:51 PM - Yo Eric! I almost always agree with your reviews, and your description is accurate. Oddly, an 85 feels like a pan but the wine, though sweet, is really quite a treat.
3/7/21, 4:15 PM - Ah... yes, I see your point. This is my only experience with Pascale grape, and I when I had his 2013’s I figured it for a light, funky Jura style expression. And then, per my original note on the 2015’s, I felt like someone swapped out the labels. To your point “natural to the extreme”...will always come with some pros and cons. Thanks...
12/16/20, 11:38 AM - This is the $40-$50 wine. I did not rate it a good value at that price from that tasting. I will cellar the rest for a few years. My point was that it drank like a good $13 wine (or poor $40 wine) & so it had a weak qpr (quality price ratio).
8/9/19, 6:15 PM - Maybe a fake?
10/16/16, 10:09 AM - Sadly no..... was the only one in my cellar (a gift).
Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will review your comments and be in touch soon with an update.
