Delicious with Chinese food. Displays the richness from the older vines coupled with vibrancy and the mouthfeel from a trace of residual sweetness. Definitely a keeper.

5/9/21, 11:53 AM - May 5, 2021 Diminished somewhat from the prior tasting of April 19, 2020. Lost some of the vibrancy. My conclusion: Drink future vintages at an earlier point in it's life.

Amazingly youthful wine. When first opened it was very tight and underwhelming. Double decanted and served with lamb three hours later, the wine was transformed and spectacular! Near perfection and the wine of the night. One more bottle left - I have my fingers crossed.

4/18/20, 2:10 PM - All old bottles are individuals and hard to predict. Probably not changing quickly at this point, but I recommend that you use soon on a special night.
